Keith Kenny

Biography

Keith Kenny, a solo artist, sounds more like a full band complete with layered guitar riffs, blues harmonica, emotionally charged lyrics and his unique percussive finger style approach to the acoustic guitar.

Kenny uses an array of effects pedals and a customized suitcase kick drum, also known as “The Big Red Suitcase,” which has become his on-stage trademark for nearly a decade of live performances. With a style all his own, Keith Kenny’s sound falls somewhere between Neil Young, Jack White and Keller Williams.

Keith Kenny has taken his one-man band rock show on the road with two national tours, playing clubs, venues and festivals between New Jersey and California. He has also performed internationally through parts of Europe and headlined a series of benefit concerts in Laos and Cambodia. Keith plays annually at the Winter NAMM Show (National Association of Music Merchandisers) in Anaheim, CA, which is one of the music industries largest conventions presenting the newest innovations in musical products, recording technology, sound and lighting.
